Research on the Recovery of Bottom Blown Copper Slag Based on Element Distribution Behavior
In order to effectively recover bottom blown copper smelting slag, the distribution of various impurity elements in the slag and the distribution behavior of elements in the bottom blown copper smelting process were analyzed. The results indicate that Fe 2SiO4,ZnFe2O4,and CuFe2O4 are the main phase distributions in the smelting slag, with Fe3O4 occupying a small amount. In the smelting slag,Ca2Fe2O5,Cu2+1O,PbO,and CuFe5O8 are the main phase distributions, among which Pb exists in the form of oxides.Due to the low solubility of Cu,the content of Zn and As is relatively low and cannot be detected.A small amount of Cu exists in the form of Cu 2+1O due to insufficient oxygen. This indicates that the copper smelting slag recovery method based on element distribution behavior can effectively analyze and recover impurity elements in the slag, providing technical reference for improving the recovery and utilization rate of copper smelting slag in the smelting process.
