摘要

为实现烧结余热的充分利用,在环冷机余热发电的同时,采取一系列烧结低品质余热资源高效利用技术,采用高位烟气循环技术,提高烧结机利用系数0.104 t/(m2·h),实现降低燃料消耗3.35 kg/t;采用烟气外循环工艺,在降低脱硫脱硝15%负荷的同时,实现了 一氧化碳再氧化及能量利用,燃耗降低0.3 kg/t;采用环冷循环工艺,在减少布袋除尘器负荷的同时,实现了高温烟气再次利用,降低燃耗0.5 kg/t;在烟道安装锅炉,产气量20t/h,发电量15 kW·h;环冷余热热风点火,降低煤气单耗0.5 m3/t.实践应用表明,通过采取多种措施,实现了烧结余热的有效利用.

Abstract

To achieve the full utilization of sintering waste heat,a series high efficient utilization technologies of sintering low quality waste heat resources were adopted,the joint-stock company adopts high-level flue gas circulation technology while generating electricity from the waste heat of the ring cooler,increasing the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine by 0.104 t/(m2h),and reducing fuel consumption by 3.35 kg/t.The flue gas external circulation process not only reduces the desulfurization and denitrification load by 15%,but also achieves carbon monoxide re oxidation and energy utilization,reducing fuel consumption by 0.3 kg/t.By adopting an annular cooling cycle process,the load of the bag filter is reduced while achieving the reuse of high-temperature flue gas,reducing fuel consumption by 0.5 kg/t.Install a boiler in the flue,with an hourly gas production of 20 t and a power generation of 15 kW h.Hot air ignition with residual heat from ambient cooling reduces gas consumption by 0.5 m3/t.Shougang Co.,Ltd.has taken various measures to effectively utilize sintering waste heat.
