摘要

为解决集中质量法无法获取轧机系统轧辊沿辊身方向动态数据的问题,提出基于轧机模型的横向振动研究方法.通过了解工程振动原理,采用SOLIDWORKS软件建立1810轧机三维模型,由软件接口向ADAMS软件导入模型,预设参数,进行模拟仿真,根据振动曲线研究轧机辊系横向振动特性.结果表明:模拟振动频率约100 Hz,与实际运行的振动频率基本一致,建立的1810轧机三维模型可靠,对改进轧机结构、动态控制轧机系统运行状态等工作有指导意义,具有应用价值.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the centralized mass method cannot obtain the dynamic data of the rolling mill system rolls along the roll body direction,a lateral vibration research method based on the rolling mill model is proposed.By understanding the principles of engineering vibration,a three-dimensional model of the 1810 rolling mill was established using SOLIDWORKS software.The model was imported from the software interface to ADAMS software,with preset parameters for simulation.The lateral vibration characteristics of the rolling mill roll system were studied based on the vibration curve.The results show that the simulated vibration frequency is about 100 Hz,which is basically consistent with the actual operating vibration frequency.The established three-dimensional model of the 1810 rolling mill is reliable and has guiding significance for improving the rolling mill structure,dynamically controlling the operating status of the rolling mill system,and has application value.
