Research and Optimization of the Rolling Process for 400 Series Steel Sheet Piling
Through in-depth research on the rolling process of 400 series steel sheet piles,analysis of existing processes and establishment of finite element models,difficulties in the rolling process are identified,and effective optimization methods are proposed.By establishing a finite element model of steel sheet pile rolling process,studying the control mechanism of steel sheet pile rolling process,reducing the difficulty of on-site quality adjustment,optimizing rolling process,the goal of reducing costs and improving quality is achieved.
