采矿方法的合理选择是铝土矿资源安全高效开发利用的关键环节.为了充分开采利用铝土矿资源,以山西娄烦铝矿为工程背景,通过分析矿区地质条件、矿体特征和现有采矿方法,对铝土矿开采方法进行合理优化并分析研究.研究结果表明:使用条带式充填置换开采方法替代现有的房柱式采矿法,能够大幅提高铝土矿回采作业的安全性和回采率,实现矿产资源的最大化利用;能够有效防止上覆岩层垮落,保护上层水系,控制地表下沉;使用煤矸石和粉煤灰固体废料作为主要充填材料,能够有效解决固废所带来的生态环境问题,为山西铝土矿资源开发利用提供理论支撑.
Research on Optimization of Bauxite Mining Methods
The reasonable selection of mining methods is a key link in the safe and efficient development and utilization of bauxite resources.In order to fully exploit and utilize bauxite resources,taking the Loufan bauxite mine in Shanxi Province as the engineering background,a reasonable analysis and research on the optimization of bauxite mining methods were conducted by analyzing the geological conditions,ore body characteristics,and existing mining methods of the mining area.The research results indicate that replacing the existing room and pillar mining method with strip filling and replacement mining method can significantly improve the safety and recovery rate of bauxite mining operations,and achieve the maximum utilization of mineral resources,effectively prevent the collapse of overlying rock layers,protect the upper water system,and control surface subsidence.The use of coal gangue and fly ash solid waste as the main filling materials can effectively solve the ecological and environmental problems caused by solid waste,and provide theoretical support for the development and utilization of Shanxi bauxite resources.
