摘要
针对公司1 800m3高炉炉顶下阀箱在生产使用过程中出现回转大臂根部开裂现象等问题,基于下阀箱工作及结构原理,分析回转臂根部开裂原因,并对回转大臂存在的缺陷进行改进,以消除设备隐患,保证生产.
Abstract
The cracking phenomenon at the root of the rotary arm occurred during the production and use of the valve box under the top of the company's 1 800 m3 blast furnace.Based on the working and structural principles of the valve box,the reasons for the cracking at the root of the rotary arm were analyzed,and the defects in the rotary arm were improved to eliminate equipment hazards and ensure production.
