摘要
对高钛高强钢的冶炼流程进行了分析,针对存在的问题进行了理论与实践相结合的研究,制定相应的改进措施.通过控制真空室内的氧和钢液中的氧含量,提高高钛钢铸机成品目标值w(Ti)±0.005％合格率.
Abstract
The article analyzes the smelting process of high titanium and high strength steel,combines the existing problems with the practice of production process,and formulates the corresponding improvement measures.By controlling the oxygen content in vacuum chamber and the oxygen content in molten steel,the target value of high titanium steel casting machine is increased by w(Ti)±0.005％.
