Practice of Thickening Treatment for Blast Furnace Wall in Yongtong Company
This article mainly introduces the practical experience of Yongtong Company in the treatment of blast furnace wall thickening.A series of effective measures have been taken to address the issue of thickening of blast furnace walls:by adjusting the material distribution system and air supply parameters,the furnace condition has gradually improved.Taking advantage of the opportunity for wind break maintenance,measures were taken to reduce the material surface by pumping water,and the adhesive was successfully removed.The entire processing process achieved the goal of safety,speed,and efficiency very well.After the furnace condition returned to normal,the main economic indicators were significantly improved,and the problem of thickening of the blast furnace wall was successfully solved,ensuring the stable operation of the blast furnace and improving production efficiency.This practical experience has certain reference significance for solving similar problems.
