宽厚板热矫直辊再制造技术的研究与应用

对原有报废尺寸的工作辊的材质进行系统分析,确定并实施了再制造工艺,再造矫直辊能完全满足生产的需要.针对热矫直辊频繁黏结氧化铁皮产生辊印的原因进行分析,确定其主要原因是工作辊辊身硬度下降.通过对矫直辊工作层的成分、硬度进行优化,同时,改进支撑辊轴头结构、细化热矫直辊磨削工艺参数和装配技术参数,不仅延长了矫直辊的在线使用周期,而且提高了矫直的质量,为提升产线产能奠定了基础.
Research and Application of Remanufacturing Technology for Hot Straightening Rolls of Wide and Thick Plates
A systematic analysis was conducted on the material of the original scrapped size work rolls,and a remanufacturing process was determined and implemented.The remanufactured straightening rolls can fully meet the production needs.An analysis was conducted on the causes of frequent adhesion of oxidized iron sheets to hot straightening rolls,which resulted in roll marks.It was determined that the main reason was a decrease in the hardness of the working roll body.By optimizing the composition and hardness of the working layer of the straightening roller,improving the structure of the support roller shaft head,refining the grinding process parameters of the hot straightening roller,and assembling technical parameters,not only has the online use cycle of the straightening roller been extended,but the quality of straightening has also been improved,laying a foundation for improving the production capacity of the production line.
