Research and Application of Ladle On-line Monitoring and Alarming Technology
In this paper,Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the controller to realize ladle on-line monitoring in a steel plant through the control and feedback among field testing components,executive components and PLC,the system can effectively and safely provide the functions of early warning and feedback processing.Through analyzing and solving the ladle practical problems existing in the daily production process,the system construction and function optimization are completed,the monitoring ability of ladle refractory is improved,and the prevention of ladle breakout and other accidents is realized,to improve the skills of equipment maintenance personnel,strengthen the safety management of the site,while reducing the overall cost of operations.
