德盛煤矿20107上顺槽声波超前探测技术研究

巷道掘进过程中误揭导水构造是造成突水事故的主要原因之一.对20107工作面地质条件和声波超前技术进行分析,认为可以利用声波探测20107上顺槽掘进头前方的地质构造发育情况;在20107上顺槽通尺180 m处实施超前超声波探测,圈定了掘进头前方94~102 m(即巷道通尺274~282 m)段存在一个弱反射界面区;结合相邻的20106工作面揭露的地质资料以及20107上顺槽通尺240 m处施工的2个探查验证钻孔,确定该异常区为2F22断层在20107工作面范围内的延伸,并且富水.此研究为其他区域实施声波超前探测地质异常区和指导矿井的安全生产提供了依据.
Research on Advanced Detection Technology of Acoustic Wave in 20107 Upper Roadway of Desheng Coal Mine
Mistakenly uncovering water-conducting structure is one of the main causes of water inrush accidents.In this paper,the geological conditions and acoustic advanced technology of 20107 working face are analyzed.It is considered that the acoustic wave can be used to detect the development of geological structure in front of the excavation head of 20107 upper crossheading.The advanced ultrasonic detection is carried out at 180 m of the crossheading of 20107 upper crossheading,and a weak reflection interface area is delineated in the section of 94~102 m in front of the excavation head(i.e.,274~282 m of the crossheading).Combined with the geological data exposed by the adjacent 20106 working face and the two exploration and verification boreholes constructed at 240 m of the crossheading of 20107 upper crossheading.It is determined that the abnormal area is the extension of 2F22 fault in the range of 20107 working face,and it is rich in water,which provides a basis for the implementation of acoustic advanced detection of geological abnormal areas in other areas and the guidance of mine safety production.
