在线材生产过程中,堆钢事故经常发生,难以避免.采用传统的应急处理方式,即人工时刻盯着轧线,一旦发现堆钢,立即手动拍下碎断按钮,这样不仅劳动强度大,而且操作因人而异,导致废钢堆积量多少不一、处理时间长短不定,一定程度上浪费了有效的生产时间.通过技术攻关,实现堆钢智能检测并及时碎断,堆钢量大大减少,处理废钢时间明显缩短,生产效率大幅提高.同时,减轻了操作工人清理废钢的劳动强度.通过机器或系统代替人工操作,生产运行更加高效、稳定、安全,符合智能化发展趋势.
Application of Intelligent Detection and Fragmentation Technology in High Speed Wire Stacking of Zhongyang Iron and Steel
During the production process of online materials,steel stacking accidents often occur and are difficult to avoid.Adopting the traditional emergency response method,which involves manually monitoring the rolling line at all times,and once a pile of steel is detected,manually pressing the break button is not only labor-intensive,but also the operation varies from person to person,resulting in varying amounts of scrap steel accumulation and processing times,which to some extent wastes effective production time.Through technological breakthroughs,intelligent detection and timely fragmentation of steel stacking have been achieved,greatly reducing the amount of steel stacking,significantly shortening the time for processing scrap,and significantly improving production efficiency.At the same time,it reduces the labor intensity of operators cleaning up scrap steel.By replacing manual operations with machines or systems,production operations are more efficient,stable,and safe,in line with the trend of intelligent development.
