摘要
捣固焦炉导烟车借道疏烟导入的炉号应该在结焦中末期为最佳,国内导烟车导烟管结构通常有双N管方式和双M管方式,导烟通道少和导烟通道设计不合理是共性问题,于是设计了一种新型捣固焦炉双四管导烟装置.重点介绍捣固焦炉双四管导烟装置的组成及工作原理,且经验证,捣固焦炉双四管导烟效果更显著.
Abstract
The optimal furnace number for introducing smoke through the channel of the tamping coke oven smoke guiding car should be in the middle and late stages of coking.The smoke guiding pipe structure of domestic smoke guiding cars usually has double N-pipe and double M-pipe methods,and the lack of smoke guiding channels and unreasonable smoke guiding channel design are common problems.So a new type of double four pipe smoke guiding device for tamping coke oven is designed.The focus is on introducing the composition and working principle of the double four tube smoke guiding device for stamping coke ovens,and it has been verified that the double four tube smoke guiding effect of stamping coke ovens is more significant.
