Research and Evaluation of the Impact of Missed Plating Defects on the Quality of Automotive Sheet Metal
This study focuses on the common leakage defects in the hot-dip galvanizing process of automotive sheet metal.By analyzing the morphology, microstructure, and formation reasons of leakage defects,it is found that leakage is mainly caused by bubbles under the raw material sheet metal.A series of optimization measures have been proposed to address this issue, including raw material inspection, process optimization, plate pretreatment, quality control, and technical training.By implementing these measures, the occurrence of plating defects can be effectively reduced, the quality and production efficiency of automotive panels can be improved, and technical support and theoretical guidance can be provided for the development of the automotive manufacturing industry.
