摘要
捣固焦炉导烟车和顶装焦炉装煤车上配备有氨水切换装置,由于焦炉使用年久后炉顶上升管受热变形,多数焦化厂反馈使用效果不佳,对此,基于氨水切换装置使用现状,设计了一种可以适应上升管变形的氨水切换装置,应用效果显著.
Abstract
The smoke guiding car of the tamping coke oven and the coal loading car of the top mounted coke oven are equipped with ammonia water switching devices.Due to the heating deformation of the top rising pipe of the coke oven after being used for a long time,most coking plants have feedback that the use effect is not good.Based on the current situation of the ammonia water switching device,an ammonia water switching device that can adapt to the deformation of the rising pipe has been designed,and the application effect is significant.
