摘要
针对高炉生产在炉役后期存在运行不稳定、铁渣出不净等问题,重点对高炉炉前操作及炮泥使用展开探究.从铁口维护、除铁管理、炮泥使用等多个方面进行分析,通过改进铁口泥套制作方法,合理控制铁口深度、孔径和角度,科学确定出铁时间与间隔时间,加强堵口打泥控制、铁次管理、炮泥的使用管理等方面的措施,促进了高炉炉前作业标准化水平的提升,能够满足高炉在炉役后期的强化生产要求.
Abstract
In response to the problems of unstable operation and unclean iron slag discharge in the later stage of blast furnace production,the focus is on exploring the operation in front of the blast furnace and the use of gun mud.Analyzing from multiple aspects such as iron mouth maintenance,iron removal management,and the use of gun mud,improving the method of making iron mouth mud sleeves,reasonably controlling the depth,aperture,and angle of the iron mouth,scientifically determining the tapping time and interval,strengthening measures such as plugging and mud control,iron grade management of gun mud,and use management,has promoted the standardization level of blast furnace pre operation,and can meet the requirements of strengthening production in the later stage of blast furnace operation.
