摘要

针对某酸连轧机组换辊时间过长的问题,通过对该产线换辊装置和换辊控制时序进行解读分析,并结合现场实际情况,得出影响轧机换辊时间的原因主要包括换辊控制时序步骤繁琐、轧机设备动作缓慢、信号检测精度差等,通过修改换辊顺控、调整设备动作速度、优化控制程序、优化检测方式等措施,使换辊时间降低了 33%,提高了产线作业率.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of too long roll change time of an acid tandem mill,this paper analyzed the roll change device and roll change control time sequence of the production line,combined with the actual situation of the site to analyze the main reasons affecting the roll change time of the mill,including cumbersome roll change control time sequence steps,slow operation of the mill equipment,poor signal detection accuracy,etc.By modifying the roll change control,adjusting the equipment speed,optimizing the control program and optimizing the detection method,the roll change time is reduced by 33%and the operation rate of the production line is increased.
