Fault Analysis of NOF Combustion System in Continuous Hot-dip Galvanizing Unit
As an anaerobic heating section, the NOF combustion system of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit uses an open flame burner to directly heat the strip steel.Due to its non oxidizing atmosphere control,it has a high thermal efficiency. However,in actual production,it was found that NOF smoke emitted black smoke, and the non oxidizing atmosphere was damaged, which could not meet the production process requirements. In response to the above issues,an analysis and practice were conducted on the fault handling of the NOF non oxidation heating section. Finally, the cause was identified through flow calculation and corresponding measures were taken to reduce the failure rate of the galvanized rolling unit, improve the reliability of the unit, and improve the quality of process products.
