Analysis and Remedial Measures for Common Malfunctions of High Speed Wire Rolling Mill
The biggest factor restricting the stability of high-speed wire production and the precision of products is the precision of equipment.As the core equipment of high-speed wire production,the stable operation of precision mill directly determines the precision and production capacity of products.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of common faults of high speed wire finishing mill and puts forward treatment measures.The main faults are mill rolling box fault,growth box fault,coupling fault,lubrication fault,cooling system fault,etc.In view of the above faults,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and puts forward the implementation of treatment measures.In practical application,it greatly reduces the number of faults,saves the equipment maintenance cost,improves the product performance,and plays a huge role in reducing the cost and efficiency of the enterprise.
