Analysis and Preventive Measures of Steel Leakage Caused by Bonding in Slab Continuous Casting
Continuous casting of slab is an important part of steelmaking production,and the production process is relatively complex.Due to the influence of production process and equipment factors,it is easy to cause bonding and steel leakage.To effectively avoid the occurrence of adhesive steel leakage accidents,it is necessary to carefully study and analyze the selection of protective slag,control of crystallizer liquid level fluctuations,formulation of nozzle insertion depth,changes in pulling and straightening speed,and execution of slag removal operation process based on the specific situation on site.Corresponding measures should be taken to minimize the probability of adhesive steel leakage accidents and comprehensively improve the production efficiency and product quality of slab continuous casting.
