利用直读光谱仪、光学显微镜对82B盘条脆断断口进行了宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、非金属夹杂物检测,并借助于扫描电镜对脆断断口进行微观断口形貌观察,发现YL82B盘条异常断裂的主要原因是盘条表面伤痕处产生了严重的冷加工硬化异常组织,导致在后期深加工过程中出现异常断裂.
Analysis of Fracture Causes and Improvement Measures for YL82B Deep Processing of Steel Strands
The macroscopic morphology,chemical composition,metallographic structure,and non-metallic inclusions of the brittle fracture surface of 82B wire rod were detected using a direct reading spectrometer and an optical microscope.The microscopic morphology of the brittle fracture surface was observed using a scanning electron microscope.The main reason for the abnormal fracture of YL82B wire rod was found to be the severe cold work hardening abnormal structure generated at the surface scar of the wire rod,which led to abnormal fracture during later deep processing.
