Industrial Experimental Study on the Lifting Speed of Continuous Casting Process
The core of efficient continuous casting is high drawing speed technology, which currently occupies a very important position in the production of the steel industry. In order to explore the influence of drawing speed on the cleanliness of molten steel, this paper carried out an industrial experimental study on the drawing speed in the continuous casting process for tinplate steel grades, and analyzed and tested the inclusions of tundish, casting embryo and cold-rolled coil. The results show that the drawing speed has little effect on the inclusion category, and the inclusions are Al2O3,Al203-CaS/(CaS-MnS)composite inclusions,Al203-CaO-MgO composite oxide inclusions, and MnS/(CaS-MnS)sulfide inclusions, but the yield of high tensile velocities is significantly increased compared with low tensile velocity, which is conducive to reducing the generation of Al2O3-CaS/(CaS-MnS)composite inclusions. These results provide important theoretical guidance for the study of inclusions after lifting speed.
