摘要

根据锑铋渣组成,实验研究了氯离子浓度、酸度、液固比和反应时间对锑铋渣浸铋的影响,找出其最佳条件为氯离子质量浓度85g/L、酸度120g/L、液固比10︰1、反应时间2 h,也便于锑铋渣中铋资源回收.

Abstract

Based on the composition of antimony bismuth slag,the effects of chloride ion concentration,acidity,liquid-solid ratio,and reaction time on bismuth leaching from antimony bismuth slag were experimentally studied.The optimal conditions were found to be chloride ion concentration of 85 g/L,acidity of 120 g/L,liquid-solid ratio of 10:1,and reaction time of 2 hours,which also facilitated the recovery of bismuth resources from antimony bismuth slag.
