Experimental Investigation on Low temperature Waste Gas Heat Treatment of Wastewater in Steel Industry Production Process
In order to improve the treatment effect of wastewater in the steel industry production process,taking a certain steel plant as an example,this paper introduces a vacuum distillation method based on low-temperature exhaust gas treatment.Through experimental analysis,the application effect of this wastewater treatment method is verified from four aspects:coking process,ironmaking process,steelmaking process,and steel rolling process.Experimental analysis found that the total annual sewage production of the steel plant is 22 373 040 m3,while the actual discharge is 20 130 440 m3.The sewage treatment capacity is about 2 242 600 m3,and the treatment efficiency reaches 10.02%,which is conducive to the subsequent treatment and use of sewage.Therefore,the vacuum distillation method can be widely promoted.
