冶炼铜渣浮选法回收铜的实验研究

通过分析磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、捕收剂用量及浮选流程对浮选指标的影响,采用浮选法从冶炼铜渣中回收铜.实验表明,最佳条件下磨矿细度为-325目的80%、矿浆pH值为7、捕收剂用量为60g/t,采用一粗二精二扫的浮选流程,闭路浮选实验可获得精矿铜品位为24.88%,回收率为95.48%的浮选指标,有效实现了铜渣中铜资源的高效回收,经济效益显著.
Experimental Study on Copper Recovery by Flotation Method from Smelting Copper Slag
By analyzing the effects of grinding fineness,slurry pH value,collector dosage,and flotation process on flotation indicators,copper is recovered from smelting copper slag using flotation method.Experiments have shown that under optimal conditions,the grinding fineness is-325 mesh 80%,the slurry pH value is 7,and the collector dosage is 60 g/t.Using a flotation process of one coarse,two fine,and two sweeping,the closed-circuit flotation experiment can achieve a copper grade of 24.88%and a recovery rate of 95.48%in the concentrate,effectively achieving efficient recovery of copper resources from copper slag and significant economic benefits.
