Analysis of Method Validation for Determining Oxide Content in Aluminum Silicon Refractory Materials Based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy
Based on the requirements of Article 17 of the GB/T 6900-2016,the laboratory method validation of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy for determining the content of eight oxides in aluminum silicon refractory materials was carried out by measuring characteristic parameters such as accuracy, precision, and detection limit. The results show that all characteristic parameters meet the requirements, indicating that our laboratory meets the standard requirements of this detection method and has the technical ability to use ICP-AES method to determine silicon dioxide, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, and phosphorus pentoxide in aluminum silicate refractory materials. This further improves the laboratory's detection capability, expands the scope of detection business, and provides better technical support for the development of the refractory industry.
