Welding Process Research of 16Mo3 Steel in Pusher Rod Manufacturing
This study thoroughly explores the welding process of 16Mo3 steel in the fabrication of coke push rods, aiming to optimize process parameters, ensure welding quality, and enhance production efficiency.By investigating the weldability of 16Mo3 steel, including its chemical composition, mechanical properties, and welding characteristics,a theoretical foundation is established for the welding process design of coke push rods. This research employs CO2 gas shielded welding as the welding method, with ER80S-G as the welding wire. The experiment focuses on optimizing welding process parameters such as current, voltage, and preheating temperature to reduce welding deformation and prevent hydrogen-induced cracking. The results indicate that the proposed welding process scheme not only improves welding efficiency but also effectively ensures weld quality and reduces welding defects, offering scientific process guidance for the production and fabrication of coke push rods.
