火法处理铅银渣的挥发工艺研究

以冶炼厂铅银渣为实验样品,采用火法冶炼,研究不同碳含量和不同温度对铅银渣挥发工艺的影响,在温度1 200 ℃和1 300℃下,选取颗粒细小的铅银渣颗粒、CaO,分别加入不同质量的煤粉,并通过借助XRD、扫描电镜等手段进行表征.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为w(C)=60%、温度1 300℃、反应时长1 h时,锌的挥发效率最好,挥发率达到91.2%.
Study on the Volatilization Process of Lead Silver Slag Treated by Pyrometallurgical Method
Taking lead silver slag from a smelting plant as experimental samples,pyrometallurgy was used to study the effects of different carbon contents and temperatures on the volatilization process of lead silver slag.At temperatures of 1 200 ℃ and 1 300 ℃,fine lead silver slag particles and CaO were selected,and different masses of coal powder were added,and characterized by XRD,scanning electron microscopy,and other methods.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were w(C)=60%,temperature 1 300 ℃,and reaction time 1 h,and the volatilization efficiency of zinc was the best,with a volatilization rate of 91.2%.
