High Temperature Compression Mechanical Properties Analysis of 30CrMnSiA Building Structural Steel SHPB
The high temperature compression of SHPB is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of metallurgical materials,and is widely used in metallurgical forming fields of various steels.In order to improve the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiA structural steel used in construction,the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSiA under SHPB high temperature compression were studied.The results show that when the heating temperature increases,the flow stress decreases,and the decreasing range increases with the increase of the temperature variation amplitude,and the temperature sensitivity is more significant in this process.The flow stress of 30CrMnSiA structural steel is more susceptible to the effect of temperature softening,and the dynamic yield strength shows a more significant decreasing trend when the temperature rises to 300 ℃,which is 35%of the normal temperature.This research is helpful to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of building metallurgical bars and improve the safety of high-rise buildings.
