电铝热法生产FeV80-A的技术研究

根据FeV80出口至欧洲的产品标准,分析了当前FeV80的生产现状.基于电铝热法冶炼FeV80原理,结合生产实践,针对合金成分和外观质量控制,对电铝热生产FeV80-A的工艺技术展开实验研究.实验结果表明:为稳定生产FeV80-A,在成分方面需要控制的杂质元素是Al、C、S、P,在外观方面需要控制FeV80-A表面无夹杂;配铝校正系数控制范围是1.02~1.04;冶炼时间在25.0~28.0 min;影响FeV80-A中w(P)、w(S)主要因素是原料中的V2O5、V2O3;冶炼结束后,应保持炉体静置冷却30 min.
Technical Research on the Production of FeV80-A by Electroaluminothermic Method
Based on the product standards for exporting FeV80 to Europe,the current production status of FeV80 was analyzed.Based on the principle of electric aluminum thermite smelting FeV80,combined with production practice,experimental research is conducted on the process technology of electric aluminum thermite production of FeV80-A,focusing on the control of alloy composition and appearance quality.The experimental results indicate that in order to stably produce FeV80-A,the impurity elements that need to be controlled in terms of composition are Al,C,S,and P.In terms of appearance,it is necessary to control the absence of inclusions on the surface of FeV80-A.The control range of aluminum correction coefficient is 1.02~1.04.Smelting time is between 25.0 and 28.0 minutes.The main factors affecting w(P)and w(S)in FeV80-A are V2O5 and V2O3 in the raw materials.After smelting,the furnace body should be left to cool for 30 minutes.
