6061铝合金SHPB高温动态压缩特性研究

摘要
通过轧制的方式来提高铝合金的力学性能是常见的方式,对6061铝合金进行分离式Hopkinson压杆加载装置(SHPB)高温动态压缩试验以探讨其力学性能参数影响.研究结果表明:应变信号在动态压缩过程中最先被入射杆上应变片采集,最后由透射杆上应变片实现透射波的采集;当受热温度不断升高时,流动应力降低,下降幅度随温度变化幅值的增大而增大,温度敏感性在此过程中较显著.该研究有助于提高6061铝合金的力学性能,具有重要的冶金价值.
Abstract
It is a common way to improve the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy by rolling.The influence of temperature dynamic compression mechanical properties parameters of 6061 aluminum alloy by separating Hopkinson pressure rod loading device(SHPB)was investigated.The results show that the strain signal is first collected by the strain gauge on the incident bar during dynamic compression,and the transmission wave is finally collected by the strain gauge on the transmission bar.When the heating temperature continues to rise,the flow stress decreases,and the decreasing range increases with the increase of the temperature variation amplitude,and the temperature sensitivity is more significant in this process.This study is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy and has important metallurgical value.
