对钢轨轨腰出现的大型轧疤形成原因进行了分析,取典型缺陷试样进行了金相检验.结果表明:轧疤处的压入物与基体分离、裂纹两侧未见氧化物质点、压入物脱碳严重、电镜能谱分析表明压入物和基体的成分相同;压入物是由钢轨端部与轧辊或其他辅助设备刮蹭形成的黏钢,在后续轧制过程中掉落在钢上被压入而形成的.
Analysis on Rolling Scars on Rail Web
The formation of large rolling scars on the rail web was analyzed.Metallographic test was carried out on typical defect samples.The results showed that the rolled-in metallic body was separated from the matrix at the scar location,no oxide particles were found on both sides of the crack,and the rolled-in metallic body was seriously decarburized.Energy spectrum analysis showed that the components of the rolled-in metallic body and the matrix were the same.The rolled-in metallic bodyis was the adhesive steel scratched by the roller or other auxiliary equipment from the end of the rail,which failed on the steel and was rolled in the matrix in subsequent rolling process.
