特厚煤层综放工作面超前支护评价分析

针对特厚煤层综放工作面巷道超前支护难题,以古城煤业有限公司Z107综放工作面为工程背景,对该工作面超前支护25 m范围内单体支柱工作压力进行计算分析.分析结果表明,在该工况条件下,工作面超前10 m范围内采用"一梁三柱"支护方式;工作面超前后15 m范围内,采用"一梁两柱"的单体支护形式.经验证,该支护方式满足现场安全生产需求.
Evaluation and Analysis of Advanced Support for Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Working Face in Extra Thick Coal Seam
In response to the difficulty of advanced support in the roadway of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in the thick coal seam,taking the Z107 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Gucheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,the working pressure of individual pillars within a 25 meter range of advanced support in this face was calculated and analyzed.Analysis shows that under this working condition,within a range of 10 meters ahead of the working face,one beam and three columns are used,and within a range of 15 meters ahead of the working face,a single support form of one beam and two columns is used to meet the safety production requirements on site.
