Phase Analysis and Coking Optimization of Smelting Slag and Blowing Slag During Bottom Blowing Copper Refining Process
Through a comprehensive analysis of the treatment processes of smelting slag and blowing slag,a coking prevention and treatment strategy based on phase analysis is proposed. The research results show that the smelting slag is mainly composed of iron and silicon dioxide, with a high copper content. As the oxygen content per ton of ore increases, the viscosity of the slag also increases, the flowability decreases, and the coking phenomenon intensifies.Controlling the oxygen content per ton of ore below 140 m3 can effectively reduce the chemical dissolution loss of copper, reduce the copper content of slag, and provide new theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization of bottom blowing copper smelting process.
