基于低碱度精炼渣的Q390C钢水洁净度控制实践

针对低合金高强度中厚钢板Q390C钢在低碱度精炼渣下钢水洁净度进行了研究,结果表明,渣系组分w(CaO)=43%~48%、w(SiO2)为 12%~15%、w(Al2O3)为 23%~27%、w(MgO)为 3%~7%、碱度(CaO 与 SiO2质量比)为3~4时,渣系完全处于液相区,钢中w[S]≤0.008%,w(T.[O])≤0.002 5%,BT类、Ds类夹杂物级别降低,钢水洁净度满足指标要求.
Practice of Controlling the Cleanliness of Q390C Steel Under low Alkalinity Refining Slag
A study was conducted on the cleanliness of molten steel under low alkalinity refining slag for Q390C steel plate.The results showed that the slag system component w(CaO)=43%~48%;w(SiO2)=12%~l5%;w(Al2O3)=23%~27%;w(MgO)is 3%~7%.When alkalinity(CaO/SiO2)is 3~4,the slag is completely in the liquid phase,and w[S]≤ 0.008%,w(T.[0])≤0.002 5%,the level of BT and Ds inclusions is reduced,and the cleanliness of the molten steel meets the requirements.
