摘要
唐钢新区炼钢部通过生产实践,采取了降低小浇次个数、提高转炉周期及连铸机拉速、优化炉机匹配、规范生产计划管理、优化生产组织等措施,有效提高了连铸机中间罐连浇炉数,降低了生产成本.
Abstract
Through production practice,the Steelmaking Department of Tangsteel New Area has taken measures such as reducing the number of small pouring times,improving the converter cycle and continuous casting machine speed,optimizing furnace machine matching,standardizing production plan management,and optimizing production organization,effectively increasing the number of continuous casting furnaces for the intermediate tank of the continuous casting machine and reducing production costs.
