摘要
鉴于双膛石灰窑的炉龄与耐火材料的选型、材料质量、砌筑质量,以及生产过程的工艺控制、窑体合理维护等密切相关,主要介绍在双膛石灰窑炉龄攻关实践中遇到的工艺控制难点,分析窑内保护板、连接通道及窑底料斗与托砖圈交接部位等易损部位损坏情况,并针对性提出解决方案.经过攻关实践,保证了窑体耐材安全使用年限达9年以上.
Abstract
The service life of double-hearth lime kiln is closely related to the type selection of refractory,material quality,masonry quality,production process control and reasonable maintenance of kiln body.This paper mainly introduces the technical control difficulties encountered in the practice of tackling key problems in the life of the double hearth lime kiln,such as the damage of the vulnerable parts in the kiln such as the protective plate,the connecting channel and the junction of the kiln bottom hopper and the supporting brick ring,etc.,and the solutions,so as to ensure the safe use of the refractory material of the kiln body for more than 9 years.
