为进一步降低操作难度,减少钢包温度对转炉炼钢工艺工序的影响,提升产品竞争力,湘东炼钢厂对钢包高效蓄热保温工艺进行了研究与实践.针对钢包高效蓄热保温影响因素,从管理上和工艺操作上采取一系列优化措施,积极探索实践,确保工艺顺行,钢包周转温度提升43.81℃,并实现降本增效212万元.
Practice of Efficient Thermal Storage and Insulation Technology for Steel Ladles in Xiangdong Steelmaking
In order to further reduce operational difficulty,minimize the impact of ladle temperature on the converter steelmaking process,and enhance product competitiveness,Xiangdong Steelmaking Plant has conducted research and practice on high-efficiency thermal storage and insulation technology for ladles.A series of optimization measures have been taken in terms of management and process operation to address the factors affecting the efficient heat storage and insulation of steel ladles.Active exploration and practice have been carried out to ensure smooth operation of the process,increase the turnover temperature of steel ladles by 43.81 ℃,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase of 2.12 million yuan.
