摘要
对某高炉开展块矿比例提升实践,采取烘干、控制振筛下料量等措施加强块矿筛分,减少粉末入炉;通过调整装料制度、送风制度、造渣制度,提高渣铁排放;在煤比达160 kg/t以上的条件下,将块矿入炉比例提高至17%~20%.采取相关措施后,高炉内透气性和压差合理,保障了高炉煤气流畅通、分布合理,炉渣黏度降低,实现了高炉稳定生产,降低铁水成本30元/t以上.
Abstract
The practice of increasing the propotion of ore blocks in a blast furnace is carried out.Measures such as drying and controlling the amount of material discharged from the vibrating screen are taken to strengthen the screening of block ore and reduce the amount of powder entering the furnace.By adjusting the loading system,air supply system,and slag making system,we can improve the discharge of slag and iron.Under the condition of a coal ratio of over 160 kg/t,increase the proportion of lump ore entering the furnace to 17%~20%.after taking relative measures,reasonable permeability and pressure difference inside the blast furnace ensure smooth flow and reasonable distribution of blast furnace gas,reduce slag viscosity,achieve stable production of the blast furnace,and reduce the cost of molten iron by more than 30 yuan/ton.
