Analysis of Route Deviation Detection Based on the Mechanical Conditions of Sintering Machine Vehicles
In response to the problem of poor sintering quality and low efficiency caused by the deviation of the sintering machine trolley route,a route deviation detection analysis is carried out according to the requirements of high precision and high efficiency.Taking the sintering machine trolley of a certain steel plant as an example,the force state during the operation of the device was analyzed,and the sintering machine trolley was tested multiple times.Based on the test results,the faults were judged,the reasons were analyzed,and a route deviation control method was proposed to ensure the installation benchmark of the trolley and optimize the counterweight of the trolley.Practice has shown that after taking various control measures,the sintering machine trolley can return to its original position,and the detection of route deviation has guiding significance for the control of the trolley's operating status.
