介绍了薄规格抗拉强度≥700 MPa热轧超高强花纹钢带低成本、高轧制稳定性成分设计思路和薄规格稳定轧制控制实践.薄规格超高强热轧花纹钢带利用钛沉淀析出强化机制和F7机架动态再结晶轧制,有效降低了薄规格超高强热轧花纹钢带的轧制变形抗力,提高了轧制稳定性,拓展了轧机极限规格,利用Cr迟珠光体和贝氏体转变,细化了组织和高温抗氧化性作用,促进了薄而致密的氧化铁皮结构的形成,有利于后续加工处理.
The Development of Thin Gauge UHSS Checker Steel Strips
This paper introduced the design idea and thin gauge stable rolling control practice of the low cost and high rolling stability of ultra-high strength steel checker strip with tensile strength ≥ 700 MPa.The titanium precipitation strengthening and the dynamic recrystallization rolling of F7 frame is used to reduce effectively the rolling deformation resistance of the thin ultra-high strength hot rolled checker steel strips.It improved the rolling stability and extended limit gauge of the rolling mill.The Cr element with the characteristics of refining microstructure and high temperature oxidation resistance are by using to delay pearlite and bainite transformation.It promotes the formation of thin and tight scale,which is conducive to subsequent processing.
