Optimization Practice of Sintering Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Process in Angang Yongtong Company
Under the condition of a benchmark φ(O2)of 16%,the emission mass concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in sintering flue gas should not exceed 10 mg/m3,35 mg/m3,and 50 mg/m3,respectively.In response to new requirementss,Angang Group Yongtong Ductile Iron Pipe Co.,Ltd.has upgraded its 105 m2 sintering machine, eliminated the original wet desulfurization process, and built a new set of activated carbon flue gas desulfurization and denitrification purification device. The activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification purification device operated well in the early stage of operation, but as the operating time increased, problems such as overheating of the purification tower, high bed resistance of the purification tower, and low acid production efficiency gradually emerged, which restricted sintering production.Through process upgrades and equipment optimization, the stable operation of the activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification device was achieved, and the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency was significantly improved, reducing pollutant emissions in sintering flue gas and providing reference and inspiration for similar enterprises'flue gas treatment.
