Taking the low nitrogen combustion and ultra-low emission transformation of emerging cast pipe steel rolling heating furnaces as an example,this article introduces the low nitrogen combustion technology of"furnace flue gas circulation+staged combustion+fine debugging"for steel rolling heating furnaces and application practice.The production practice shows after the technology is applied,it reduces NOx generation from the emission source,achieves the goal of stable compliance with national and local environmental protection standards,and achieves good environmental and economic benefits,providing a feasible and reliable technical reference and process reference for ultra-low emissions in the steel industry.
