Introduce the structure and common faults of the roll box and idler shaft of the high bar precision rolling mill at Fujian Quanzhou Mingguang Steel Co.,Ltd.Rolling Plant.Common faults in the roller box include:burnt oil film bearings,broken eccentric sleeve forks,deformed eyeglass plates,and broken copper nuts.Common faults of the idler shaft:oil film bearing burnt out.Through in-depth on-site understanding of the operation of the roller box and idler shaft,a fault cause analysis and scientific theoretical analysis calculation are conducted to propose improvement measures to reduce the failure rate of the precision rolling mill roller box and idler shaft,improve the service life of the roller box and idler shaft,and provide support for the stable production of the high bar production line.
