Low Cost Smelting Practice of Jingtang Blast Furnace
Based on the cost reduction practice of Jingtang blast furnace combined with the characteristics of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace processes,this paper summarizes the experience of cost reduction in iron making.The first is to adhere to the principle of smelting with a ball to ball ratio of over 55％,combined with the operation policy of high air volume and high oxygen enrichment,to improve smelting efficiency.Secondly,in terms of raw material blending,increase the use of discounted ore and increase the addition of sintering solid waste.Thirdly,strengthen coal injection to reduce coke consumption,with the annual coke load reaching 5.73,promoting the reduction of iron and fuel costs.
