摘要
以西门子S7-200smart的PLC为控制器,通过现场检测元器件及PLC与气体质量流量控制和压力传感器之间的控制与反馈,实现了对某钢厂钢包烧底吹砖情况的高效、安全、有效的判断.通过分析解决了日常生产操作中存在的实际问题,优化了底吹测试系统程序,提高了底吹测控系统运行稳定性,提升了设备维护人员的技能,强化了现场的安全管理,同时降低了作业整体成本.
Abstract
This article mainly introduces the PLC of Siemens S7-200smart as the controller.Through on-site detection of components and the control and feedback between PLC,gas mass flow control,and pressure sensors,it achieves the function of providing effective judgment for efficient and safe bottom blowing of bricks in a steel ladle in a certain steel plant.By analyzing and solving practical problems in daily production processes,the program of the bottom blowing testing system has been optimized,the stability of the bottom blowing measurement and control system has been improved,the skills of equipment maintenance personnel have been enhanced,on-site safety management has been strengthened,and overall operating costs have been reduced.
