Application of Intelligent Control System for Slow Cooling Process of Copper Smelting Slag
Slow cooling process of slag is an important process to improve the recovery rate of copper in the whole plant.With the deepening of the construction of intelligent factories,the application of intelligent management and control system to the slag slow cooling system can meet the safety management and control needs of the system,reduce equipment maintenance costs and human input costs,greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production and operation costs.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the slag slow-cooling treatment process,and puts forward targeted suggestions for intelligent transformation.Through key technologies such as wireless communication network,gantry crane and intelligent control system of electric flatbed truck,the autonomous operation and intelligent control of slag ladle transfer are realized,the slag ladle slow-cooling system is optimized,the production control personnel is simplified,and good economic benefits are achieved,further realize the control integration of copper smelting production.
