软岩巷道底鼓注浆加固技术研究

摘要
针对软岩巷道底鼓变形严重的问题,以成庄矿十五一盘区大巷地质条件为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场实践对巷道围岩变形与注浆加固机理进行分析,并对巷道注浆方案进行设计与试验.确定方案后,巷道注浆区域共100 m,注浆882个钻孔,注浆量239.8 t.根据巷道掘进后的围岩变形情况,注浆后围岩基本未出现变形,表明该注浆方案有利于减缓巷道围岩变形.
Abstract
In view of the serious problem of floor heave deformation in soft rock roadway,this paper takes the geological conditions of the main roadway in the 15 th panel of Chengzhuang Mine as the background,analyzes the mechanism of roadway surrounding rock deformation and grouting reinforcement by theoretical analysis and field practice,and designs and tests the grouting scheme of the roadway.After the scheme is determined,the tunnel grouting area is 100 m in total,882 boreholes are grouted,and the grouting volume is 239.8 tons.According to the deformation of surrounding rock after roadway excavation,there is basically no deformation of surrounding rock after grouting,which indicates that this grouting scheme is conducive to reducing the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.
