摘要
长钢炼钢厂主要生产钢种要求w(S)≤0.040%,但铁水w(S)为0.020%~0.070%,波动较大且带渣量大(约1.0%),在无铁水预处理工艺前提下,通过采用高碱度、提余锰、双渣工艺等措施,使脱硫率达到40%以上,提高约10%,为炉后直上工艺奠定基础,降低精炼炉工艺成本约20元/t.
Abstract
Changgang Steel Plant mainly produces steel grades with a requirement of w(S)≤0.040%,but the w(S)of molten iron is 0.020%~0.070%,which fluctuates greatly and has a large amount of slag(about 1.0%).Without the pretreatment process of molten iron,measures such as high alkalinity,residual manganese extraction,and double slag process are adopted to achieve a desulfurization rate of over 40%,an increase of about 10%,laying the foundation for the direct up process after the furnace and reducing the refining furnace process cost by about 20 yuan/t.
