摘要
简要介绍了小字符喷码机及常见的喷码技术特点,重点介绍了太钢不锈热轧厂不锈钢钢板生产过程中钢板表面标识系统的组成、原理及控制系统的工作过程,在调试运行过程中,通过调整控制参数,优化喷印功能,钢板标识的喷印效果达到了设计要求,钢板标识质量显著提高.
Abstract
This article briefly introduces the characteristics of small character coding machines and common coding technologies.It focuses on the composition,principle,and control system of the steel plate surface marking system in the stainless steel plate production process of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Stainless Steel Hot Rolling Plant.During the debugging and operation process,by adjusting the control parameters and optimizing the printing function,the printing effect of the steel plate marking meets the design requirements,and the quality of the steel plate marking is significantly improved.
